Explanation
Trailing null bytes are included in the Rex2 Modbus data stream for compatibility with legacy fixed-length message parsers.
These bytes do not contain measurement information and should be ignored by the receiving system.
Their presence does not indicate a communication or hardware fault.
Where supported, removal of these bytes at the parsing stage is recommended.
